Shipping and delivery
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Ahmedabad or Rajkot by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order and applicable terms & conditions
- For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 to 2 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 5 - 7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days
- For International orders – All international orders are processed within 1 to 2 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 7-21 business days. We ship internationally across all countries (the updated list of countries should be available at the checkout). Custom charges and additional handling rates applicable by the third party are not included, it may vary based on the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
- ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday or as coordinated with courier agency team. Excluding public holidays.
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery and the courier agency may request OTP (shared on registered number for delivery) at the time of delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Herb Island takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person
- Herb Island’s not responsible for damage after delivery.
- For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 2 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
- The recipient is required to contact the courier agency directly using provided shipping details for any delay or reschedule or any other delivery related concern once the product is shipped from Herb Island’s warehouse.
- Incorrect or inaccurate shipping details provided by the recipient will incur additional shipping charges and may not follow the estimated timeline, customer needs to contact customer care to provide correct details
- As soon as the shipment is received, customers are requested to check the contents and report to us any discrepancy with the photo images. All our packing is done under strict supervision under the eyes of the camera. In case of any issues, we will check and if we find that we have sufficient evidence to prove that we have sent all the relevant products, we will not be liable for any loss of the products.
- These products being natural products, are likely to react to environmental factors like heat, cold etc and may either solidify or become liquid. Though we take utmost care, these are factors beyond our control.
- Any damage to the shipment should be brought to our notice immediately with photo images for us to take it up with the courier company. If the shipment is damaged, customers are advised to reject/return the shipment.
- Modification / Cancellations to Order: An order placed cannot be modified. Similarly, if the customer desires so, an order can be cancelled before shipment. Once it is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and it can be cancelled only when it is returned to our office. In such cases, the order value will be refunded after deducting the courier charges and payment gateway charges as applicable(approximately 2-3% of the order value both ways)
- For India Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders of Rs 1000 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 100 if your total order value is fewer Rs. 1000
- For International Orders: We also ship internationally across all countries (the updated list of countries should be available at the checkout). Shipping and handling rates vary based on the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order
Returns and refunds
At Herb Island, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
The exception to the above rule is that, when goods are either damaged in transit in an unusable condition or wrong product sent or lost in transit, we will replace them with a new product as early as possible.
- In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Herb Island is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery
- Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Herb Island.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
- Shipping charges incurred on Orders or Free Trials are non-refundable
All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 2 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
- Sold in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
